We require a damage fee deposit. It makes us sad when we have to replace furniture. It is however the reality of this industry. We have a damage fee deposit in place to protect you from having to pay in any additional money after your event. The deposit is refunded if mimimal or no damage occurs.
Here at LeBeaut and Events we love food but we don‘t have the proper training to serve food at scale, so we don‘t offer catering services. However, we possess a network of catering partners that we've collaborated with previously and will happily recommend to clients in need of catering services.
Our furniture is a valuable investment that we maintain at a high standard for our clients‘ use and enjoyment. We ask clients to treat it with a degree of care as if it were theirs. We do expect furniture to return reasonably dirty, as it is the nature of the industry.
We prioritize the safe and clean delivery of our furniture to ensure that it arrives in good condition, wrapped in protective plastic and ready for immediate use. We insist that our team handles all transportation, so a transportation fee will be included in your invoice.
We offer event planning as a service. We will create a budget for you after you inform us of your requirements. This is a vital part of the event planning process as it is important to be comfortable with what you will spend on the entire event overall.
Unfortunately, we cannot fulfil any service without the full payment reflected in our account. We understand that furniture hire can sometimes be a last-minute occurrence, which we can accommodate if full payment is made and the order is reasonable.
